WHAT YOU WILL DO
Johnson Controls invites you to apply for a year round internship which is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives. This role will be part of our Tech Challenge Innovation Program where you will assist in moving new and disruptive ideas forward at Johnson Controls.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
Participate in innovation idea planning and work break down discussions
Research new technology aligned to JCIs strategic objectives
Take on feasibility study tasks under guidance of senior sponsor
Contribute to prototyping development activities
Contribute to test ing prototypes
Help plan yearly innovation event activities
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled as a full-tim e student at an accredited college or university
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM
Available to work at least 12 hours/week during the semester
Highly organized, self-motivated and must be a fast learner
Must be a good communicator, work in an agile environment and embrace change
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Available to work at least 20 hours/week during the semester & full-time during holiday and summer breaks
Previous product development experience
