Through the Engineers In Leadership program, you will learn and grow over an intensive two-year rotational period.
You will work for one year in one domestic location and one in an international location.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of competitive products and technologies.
Collaborate with the sales team to establish customer visit strategies. Coordinate and participate in customer sales presentations.
Collaborate with Marketing Communications to translate messaging into sales collateral and web material.
Perform business justification calculations for new product solutions.
Engineering and Product Development
Develop, test, and optimize new or existing products for safety, quality, efficiency and to meet economic goals and standards.
Document designs and specifications.
Identify design related cost reduction opportunities.
Provide technical support to manufacturing, purchasing, marketing, vendors and customers.
Supply Chain and Operations
Lead a value chain improvement program to ensure projects are developing well and are on schedule.
Engage in improvement programs such as sales order management, inventory performance, and new product development.
Identify performance opportunities where key business metrics are not meeting goal and design an improvement plan.
BS in engineering from an accredited university
Available to start in Summer 2016
