As an Assoc Desktop Support Intern in **Waltham Ma. **you too can help us drive payments at the speed of change. Aids and trains with onsite desktop support specialist with day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware. Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues onsite and in-person. Maintains documentation, passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment. Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security. * Work with onsite Sr. Desktop Support Specialist to deliver a high quality customer focused service through maintaining availability of services to IT customers. * Ensures that on a day to day basis the computing requirements for all ACI associates are met, hardware is delivered on schedule and working according to customer requirements. * Perform other duties as assigned.
