BRAND AMBASSADOR ENTRY LEVEL (PAID TRAINING)
WE SPECIALIZE IN BRAND MANAGEMENT AND PROUDLY REPRESENT SOME OF THE NATION'S BIGGEST NAMES IN CONSUMER ELECTRONICS AND WIRELESS SERVICES. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO PERFORM A RANGE OF TASKS IN THE STORE THAT WILL HELP ACHIEVE OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPERATIONAL GOALS. YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR KNOWING AND ACHIEVING PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY GOALS AND COMPANY PRODUCTIVITY STANDARDS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
INTERACTION INSIDE OF RETAILERS WITH CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS.
ASSIST CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE SALES PROCESS.
ASSIST CUSTOMERS DAILY WITH THEIR PURCHASES, SIGN-UPS, AND BILLING ISSUES.
FACILITATE IN-STORE PROMOTIONAL ADVERTISING TO CUSTOMERS.
OPEN CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS BY INPUTTING ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
COMMUNICATE DAILY ABOUT SALES AND CUSTOMER ISSUES.
ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH BILLING, TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR ACCOUNT ISSUES.
PROVIDE PRODUCT AND SERVICE SUPPORT.
MANAGE IN-STORE RELATIONS INCLUDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
REQUIREMENTS:
EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
RELATIVE WORK EXPERIENCE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ROLES:
RETAIL
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
CUSTOMER SERVICE
BRAND MANAGEMENT
PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
HAVE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING AND LIMITATIONS.
ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 10 POUNDS IF NEEDED.
MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER.
