This position would be employed by an external agency (Volt), working onsite with Activision Publishing. Position Description   What were looking for The ideal candidate will be a clear, confident communicator with deep digital experience in editorial leadership, product development, and driving results. This person will lead Social Media execution for the Destiny franchise, as well as help bring to life digital products and experiences. The position plays a key role as a conduit between brand management, studios, and agencies. What youll do ·    Oversee the editorial plan and creative production process for Destiny social channels ·    Guide external agencies and production teams through design, production and launch ·    Lead the digital rollout of marketing initiatives and campaigns ·    Execute the product roadmap for DestinyTheGame.com and Destiny Alexa Skill ·    Provide support to international marketing groups and analytics teams ·    On-board new tools and vendors to assist with production and distribution ·    Work effectively with internal cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, IT, PR, etc.  What youll bring ·    3+ years experience (in an agency or client-side equivalent) as a digital strategist, web producer, or account manager, including experience designing and supporting complex consumer websites and infrastructure, as well as developing go to market strategies. ·     3+ years digital or creative agency account management experience preferred, OR ·     3+ years working as a digital marketer for a well-established brand (ideally an entertainment brand) preferred ·    3+ years experience in managing creative and technical resources ·    Bachelor degree, Communications, Marketing, Business, or Design Degree Preferred ·    Graduate degree a plus What you have ·     Passion for gaming and all things tech ·     Excellent verbal, organizational, programming language and technology skills ·     Experience working with 3 rd  Party agencies/partners ·     Appetite for all things digital, and social -- up on the latest platforms and technologies and desire to identify opportunities for strategic brand involvement ·    Understanding of brand strategy and ability to write strategic marketing briefs and persuasive POVs ·    Must be effective in communicating (both written and verbal) with technical development team members, as well as non-technical resources, including management and brand marketing
