Internship - Human Resources Team Member Success - Charleston, SC - Internship Advantage Media Group has an exciting opportunity for a talented intern who is looking to learn from a growing marketing and publishing company. Advantage positions, promotes, and markets top tier business professionals as the thought leaders and experts in their industries, communities, or marketplaces. The mission for the internship is to provide real-life experience in a fast-paced team environment, and to finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of human resources. Responsibilities: * Participate in recruiting, onboarding, HR administration and other HR generalist functions. * Participate in meetings with immediate team to contribute ideas to better serve our Team Members Requirements: * Advantage Media Group is looking for an undergraduate or graduate student in the Charleston area who is majoring in Human Resources or a related field. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a thriving team. Majors: Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field. Timeline and Miscellaneous: Advantage is looking for interns to start in the Summer and work through the Fall semester. Opportunities to extend the internship into Spring semester will be reviewed at the end of three months. Interns are expected to spend 15-20 hours/week working in our Downtown Charleston office (walking distance from main CofC campus). Pay Rate for our program is $10.00 per hour.
