    American Specialty Health, Inc. is seeking a Content Specialist to join our Marketing Department. This position will support a fast-paced Marketing department by creating, reviewing, and editing content for both print and digital marketing collateral; customizing client materials including brochures, fliers, and letters; and following a formal routing and approval process for all marketing materials. Responsibilities - Management and editing of client-customized materials, ensuring appropriate disclaimers, logos, and other language are included and tracking the routing process. - Partners with ASHs Client Services team to manage, customize, track, and update member materials according to client needs and preferences. - Coordinates language translation of core fitness materials. - Performs basic editing of fliers and brochures using InDesign. - Works closely with the project operations/traffic department to ensure timely turnaround for client work. - Support creative copywriting and proofreading needs across the department. - Develops, writes, and proofreads additional marketing collateral, including brochures, fliers, educational and member materials, social networking, and other internal and external marketing pieces. - Works with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop content for conferences and ongoing sales initiatives. - Contributes content for corporate industry awards. - Reviews and updates content of corporate websites. - Interviews members for testimonials, drafts content for marketing use, and documents permissions. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in English, communications, marketing, business, or equivalent. If equivalent experience, high school diploma required. - Project or material management experience highly preferred. - Strong attention to detail, as well as excellent writing and organizational skills. - Computer experience in MS Office applications. Familiarity with InDesign software and PDF editing a plus. - Minimum of 3 years of experience with quick-turnaround editing of brochures, press releases, and/or other marketing materials. - Some experience with writing or editing articles, newsletters, and/or brochures. - Familiarity with social networking, health care or wellness industry a plus. - Ability to work independently and proactively on multiple projects simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced environment. - Ability to create and manage spreadsheets to track projects. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate internally and externally (with vendors, staff, and consultants).
