Risk Management Operations Investigator Apple 5,476 reviews - Austin, TX The AppleCare Risk Management Operations team is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of service repair orders. We are seeking a Fraud Investigator to support our order fraud prevention efforts. The AppleCare Risk Management Operations team is a high impact team whose goal is to improve the service process experience by mitigating risk associated with unauthorized order creation. The ideal candidate will have excellent investigative skills, extensive knowledge of standard methodologies for WW order exception management, experience with SAP, AppleCare systems, repair flows and familiarity with credit card processing. Critical thinking and self-motivation are an absolute.
