About the Job We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious M&A Intern who will work up to 20 hours a week during the school year to provide support to the finance team in our Austin Headquarters. Focused on M&A you will create comprehensive models in Excel working with our Director of Finance. Your models will accurately identify organic growth, realize revenue and expense synergies, yet to be realized revenue and expense synergies and define the integration process. You will be part of a team of professionals working to support Asures business growth and expansion by maintaining order and transparency for the company's finances. RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist finance and accounting team with analyzing acquisitions (both historical and prospective) * Financial modeling in Excel * Synergy analysis * Integration analysis * Data room organization * M&A due diligence * Can be full up to 40 hours per week for the summer, and part-time during the school year at 20 hours per week with flexibility around class schedule About You * BS in Finance or related field and actively engaged in an MBA program * Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices * Have a passion for accounting and finance * Proficient knowledge of MS Office, * Advanced Excel skill * Great attention to detail * Good learning capacity, strong adaptability and can work through problems on your own * Graduate Students highly preferred * Strong interest in or experience with Mergers and Acquisitions Requirements Criminal Background Check Additional Information Asure Software offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, HRA, FSA, 401K and Fitness reimbursement.
