    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Operations Special Project Lead is to actively pursue continuous improvement within operations and its partners. The positions primary responsibility is aimed at leading special projects within operations and developing strategic improvements.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include the following; other duties may be assigned)

    • Effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organization staff.
    • Assist with operational improvements with various departments.
    • Propose strategies for key process improvement.
    • Analyze workflows and coordinate with continuous improvement.
    • Analyze branch operations and assist developing strategic improvement.
    • Act as a leader in operations and relay feedback from other departments.
    • Ability to multi-task and handle various projects.
    • Assist in daily branch operations as needed.
    • Embody personal leadership qualities through the following. Be in the moment to ensure authentic and humanistic interactions. Continuously volunteer discretionary effort and model desired behavior to drive business results while also leveraging and respecting separate realities. Be curious in interactions, having courageous conversation with other when needed, and take personal accountabilities for all responsibilities.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

            EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

    • Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required
    • Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or
    • 10+ years' of related experience and/or training; or
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

      REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and with little supervision

    • Must have the ability to set goals and meet deadlines
    • Must possess excellent customer service skills
