The Sales & Activation Assistant position is based in our corporate office in Peachtree Corners, GA, but will help ensure all the details of our activations are carried out across the country and to our high standards. This is a role requiring attention to details and high organization. HFE offers full benefits and great perks with this position.

    The Sales and Activation Assistant is a valuable member of the Strategic Alliances team responsible for supporting the sales efforts across all HFE properties. This role will serve as an internal point of contact for new business research, proposal generation, prospecting, and sales reporting.

     TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage proposal development for all HFE properties.
      • Create strategic pitches for prospective partners based on in-depth research and analytics
      • Manage proposal development timelines
      • Oversee internal creative request process for sales opportunities
      • Work across other departments to secure information necessary for proposal needs including research, timelines, expenses, etc)
      • Use internal resources (Spotfire) to produce and analyze customer data
    • Manage internal monthly sales reporting
    • Participate in weekly sales meetings
    • Manage all ticket requests for all HFE properties
    • Assist activation team with sponsorship fulfillment which may include ticket fulfillment, product logistics and general sponsorship activation
    • Responsible for monthly partnership newsletter

    Required Skills

    • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks

    • Demonstrated effective project and time management skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Exceptional customer service focus
    • Experience in reading, presenting and communicating analytics
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
    • Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed during the Harlem Globetrotters touring season
    • Ability to travel when needed (estimated at up to 25%)

    Required Experience

    • University degree required, preferably in Marketing/Sport management, Communications, Business Administration or related field
    • One (1) year of professional or internship experience in a related field
