A financial media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Full Time Sponsored Content Writer. 

BioTech Focus Staff Writer:

• Must have a medical background to an extent (maybe pre-med in college, and a good writer or a copywriter/sales from a biotech or pharmaceutical company)
• Must also have a financial understanding 
• Possible background in medical sales

Responsibilities:

• Originating and writing unique articles for Benzinga's partners across the financial services ecosystem with a focus in BioTech. 
• Translating client goals and ideas into compelling, audience-appropriate content
• Creating content around interesting angles that educate and entertain readers as well as meet client requests
• Ensures content adheres to corporate brand standards, style guides, and legal and compliance guidelines
• Manage numerous different projects on tight deadlines
• Generate content on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree required; emphasis on journalism, English, marketing, economics or related field strongly preferred
• Strong creativity and analytical skills
• Strong writing and editing skills
• An understanding of financial markets and investing topics
