The Video Production Intern will assist the Studio Production Manager and Studio Production Team in their daily duties of shooting and producing online college course videos both in the studio and out on field locations. What You'll Do * The main duty will be to operate an audio mixer while monitoring output levels. * Properly place microphones on talent. * Operate a boom mic and Zoom recorder. * Operate studio camera with standard studio camera controls * Assist in studio preparation and equipment breakdown. * Video Logging * Basic maintenance, dusting and cleaning gear. Who You Are * Must understand and have full knowledge of audio signal flow. * Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose noises and hums. * Television production/communications is preferred course of study * Understand the basics of studio lighting and production standards * Must be proficient on a PC and in the Outlook Suite of programs incl.Word and Excel * Excellent verbal and communication skills * Organizational skills * Motivated and a self-starter * Ability to work in stressful environments with tight deadlines. * Must work well independently and as part of a team.
