SUMMARY The Marketing Technology Intern will assist with managing all aspects of our internal marketing technology solutions (SharePoint Intranet & Dynamic Slide Library) from their development and administration to internal education. Duties and Key Responsibilities -Business Analyst -Work closely with users and stakeholders to analyze and determine detailed business requirements as they relate to marketing technology analytics tools -Analyze and decode site data and metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis -Architect / Solution Designer -Determine the most effective architecture and taxonomies to address business requirements and maximize search capability -Review existing marketing technology infrastructure and solutions; identify and address any opportunities for enhancement to increase utilization and efficiency -Support Specialist -Set project schedules, manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely communications and reporting -Provide expert user support and guidance, as required -Deliver and update user training and documentation, as required -Governance Lead -Drive best practice usage -Drive consistency across marketing technology solutions including taxonomies, templates, master pages and security management Skills, Knowledge and Experience -Experience with SharePoint 2010 or above -Experience with Adobe products (e.g. Dreamweaver, Photoshop) -SharePoint certifications a plus -Excellent communication skills, both written and oral -Demonstrate strong problem solving, analytical skills, and strategic thinking -Excellent interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, training, presentation and public speaking The Spectrum brands (including Spectrum Networks, Spectrum Enterprise and Spectrum Reach) are powered and innovated by Charter Communications.
