Servers- As a Cinemark Server, you deliver an extraordinarily memorable dining experience for our Guests through our unique and genuine brand of Hospitality, combined with your menu knowledge and personality. This includes greeting Guests through engaging interaction, making thoughtful menu suggestions, having superior menu knowledge, and delivering quick and timely service. The server role provides a vital link between our guest and the kitchen staff. Line Cooks- A Line Cook is a culinary-minded individual who wants to join our Team. As a line cook, you will be in the heart of the operation, using recipes to cook up quality food under high pressure, so strong attention to detail is important. Candidates should possess high energy, be outgoing, and be a quality driven team player. Ideal Candidates will have a strong desire to pursue culinary growth in the future or prior restaurant experience. Kitchen Support- We are excited to be bringing great food to our Guests, and foster a fun, high-energy, fast-paced environment. As a kitchen support, you will be supporting the team to contribute to great execution and a memorable Guest experience. Bartenders- As a Bartender, you provide an extraordinarily memorable Guest experience by preparing accurate, consistent recipes quickly and with high quality in accordance with recipes and guidelines established by Cinemark. A Cinemark Bartender will maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area in a fast-paced environment, while providing superior Guest service. Concessionist- A theatre concessionist creates a welcome environment for Customers. They sell soft drinks, packaged and/or bulk candies, popcorn, hot dogs, ice cream, coffee, and other food items to theatre patrons. This individual will operate and clean concession and/or restaurant equipment. They will also clean, maintain, and stock the concession stand and/or restaurant. The Concession or Restaurant Worker may also be asked to double as the Box Office Cashier or Usher, as staffing needs require, and, as a result, such an Employee must also be able to perform the essential job functions of those positions. Some locations are equipped for alcohol sales. There are additional requirements for Employees who work with alcohol. Employees who work with alcohol may be in positions such as Bartender or Server. Ushers/Food Runners- The Food Runner is responsible for providing seamless Guest service and an extraordinarily memorable dining experience. Thorough knowledge of the menu and ingredients/preparation is required. This position works closely with the Management team to be knowledgeable about Cinemark's policies and procedures, along with any specials and be able to successfully execute initiatives to achieve objectives in sales, guest service, satisfaction, food quality and presentation, cleanliness and sanitation for all designated area of operation. Additional responsibilities including but not limited to bussing, cleaning tables may be assigned as needed. Box Office/Cashiers- A Theatre Box Office / Cashier creates a welcoming environment for Customers. They sell tickets to movies and special events while providing movie and event information. This individual enforces film studio and theatre admission policies. They will clean and maintain the box office area. Responsible for security of cash and tickets. The Box Office Cashier may also be asked to double as the Concession Worker, Restaurant Worker, or Usher, as staffing needs require, and should, therefore, be able to perform the essential functions of those positions as well.
