You can learn more about Spectra at www.spectraexperiences.com/ Responsibilities Support new business development efforts of all Spectra divisions (Venue Management, Food Services & Hospitality, and Ticketing & Fan Engagement)Coordinate sales packets of company information to be sent to potential and existing clientsResearch venues, markets, competition, etc. compile data into organized documents and reportsContribute to RFP process for new business as it pertains to proof reading, customizing sections, conducting research, etc.Assisting with RFP production process (collating, binding, etc.); this may require additional time spent in the office when the RFP Response is going to ship to meet its deadlineCompile information on existing Spectra managed facilitiesSupport development and updating of sales materials for Spectras corporate partnership sales teamLearn to manage contract and business development filesConduct market research and update regularly for projects; utilize the internet to find detailed information pertaining to all fields in market research templateOther duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Open to COLLEGE juniors, seniors and grad students seeking an internship to satisfy a class credit requirementHousing/transportation are the students responsibilityHighly developed verbal and written communications skills.Proficiency in word processing and related applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple assignments.
