    JOB DESCRIPTION

    General Description Condé Nast Branded Media Strategy team supports the organizations brand portfolio as a centralized digital expert in branded content and social paid media distribution. This role will define and drive media strategy and distribution solutions for Condé Nasts growing branded content and social revenue stream. The Associate Manager will play a key role in the planning, strategy development, and execution for all branded content and social programs across all Condé Nast properties. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and results driven candidate who is eager to join a growing team within the organization. Primary Responsibilities

    • Work directly with Condé Nast brand collection and industry teams throughout a programs life-cycle to develop program strategy, lead program execution and optimization, ensure delivery and extract insights to fuel renewals and overall industry thought leadership.
    • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media branded content campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, YouTube and Content Discovery.
    • Develop social and paid media strategy to inform platform selection, targeting approach, pricing, and flighting.
    • Ensure creative satisfies platform best practices and drive constant feedback loop with Brand Marketing and Branded Content Production teams to improve executions.
    • Serve as central point of contact for vendor relationships with Facebook, Google, YouTube and Content Discovery platforms to ensure campaign success and pioneer new opportunities in the space.
    • Assist with internal workflows and processes across Branded Content and Social business units to ensure seamless program launch and that all programs satisfy client objectives and delivery requirements Required Skills & Qualifications
    • 2-3 years digital marketing experience at a reputable advertising agency, publisher, or media company. Expertise in social and digital media is a must.
    • Hands-on experience with executing and optimizing paid digital campaigns using Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, and Content Discovery platforms.
    • Understanding of paid media landscape, platforms, and expected cost per models for traffic & conversion-based campaigns.
    • Familiarity with branded content development and distribution.
    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks across various stakeholders.
    • Bachelors Degree is required.
