JOB DESCRIPTION

The Commercial Finance Analyst will support Finance Management to ensure timely and accurate information is delivered to iProspect leadership enabling support of key financial targets.  The role will utilize financial analysis to provide insights, analysis and trends for critical financial matters.

Analyst will support:

• Support client revenue processes including new client pricing requests, revenue analysis, forecasting and reporting
• Support and own updating, maintenance and reporting of various finance systems
• Works with executive leadership, client finance and FP&A on various client ad-hoc financial analysis
• Partner with various finance teams (Finance Operations, Operational Finance, FP&A and Client Finance) to identify drivers of cost and revenue variances ensuring that margin issues are escalated and resolved timely

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-2 Years of experience in finance
• Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and perform tasks under tight deadlines
• Independent, self-starter with problem solving skills
• Strong team collaborator with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies
• Strong excel proficiency with some working knowledge of other Microsoft systems (Power BI, SQL, D365)

Qualifications
