Job Description
As SVP, Creative Technologist, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life. Build, develop, code, tinker, you give us the ability to see ideas and solutions in the real world, to look, touch, feel and imagine.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop groundbreaking ideas and concepts that leverage emerging technology tools including but not limited to; Generative AI, AR/VR/MR, 3D game engines.
Take ownership of the prototyping process, transforming creative concepts into tangible experiences.
Development of interactive interfaces, front-ends, visualizations, physical prototypes, native applications, and web-based products
Work closely with designers, developers, and client internal teams to foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative thinking and enables seamless integration into existing infrastructure and systems.
Collaborate, learn and build with technology partners; both scaled such as Google, Microsoft and Nvidia plus start-ups leveraging dentsu’s network of venture investments.
Manage multiple projects / sprints simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, processes, and outcomes, and communicate project status and results effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in emerging technology tools and techniques, bringing your expertise to bear on projects to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
Work as key member of dentsu’s innovation strike team to deliver customer technology and transformation projects for our current and perspective clients. Act as technical partner to rest of team across projects.
Build strong relationships with product management peers, development, and other critical partners to establish and deliver on the business and customer requirements that enhance digital experiences and products, meets the business goals and strengthens the company’s differentiation strategies.
Contribute to, seek out and support cultural & cognitive diversity in our strategies and final product, bringing more authentic representations into every step of our process.
Qualifications
10+ years of creative technology or similar experience. Emphasis on recent experience.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, JavaScript/HTML/CSS, WebGL (Three.JS), React, Svelte.
Experience working with generative AI tools.
A creative mindset balanced with technical skills, and passion exploring the intersection
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite and 3D Game Engines such as Unity, Unreal.
Strong understanding of data manipulation, preprocessing, and analysis.
Interest in hardware hacking, tangible interfaces, and experimental UI.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
Curious and open mind.
Passion for innovation and creating imaginative experiences powered by cutting-edge technology.
Ability to work with short timelines and multiple projects, in a fast-paced, innovative, collaborative environment
A strong team player, with the ability to both lead and roll your sleeves up and muck in.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $163,000 - $252,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
