    HR Services Administrator (Contract) Posted Date 2 days ago (1/2/2019 1:11 PM) Requisition ID 21703 Location US-TN-Knoxville Type Company Employee Full-Time Position Summary The Human Resources Services Administrator is responsible for front line, direct contact with customers and internal support of HR partners. Responsibilities include answering employees inquiries through the HR Case Management, triaging and assigning cases to HR Services team members, assisting with invoice processing, HR Services communications, mailing, and data management related to employees joining and leaving the company. Responsibilities 1. Answer HR customers (employees, vendors, business partners, managers, etc.) questions on a variety of topics, including benefits, payroll, taxes, absence, time, compensation 2. Resolve Tier 1 employee requests ensuring exceptional customer service satisfaction 3. Document all inquiries, issues and transactions using the case management system 4. Serve as primary for all incoming case triage and assignment to the HR Services team 5. Assist in ongoing document management processes 6. Assist in the processing of invoices related to the Human Resource area 7. Serve as primary for communication management from the HR Services group to company employees, including answering questions that are submitted regarding communications 8. Ensure all HR mailing is completed, and all returned mail is investigated to ensure delivery to employee is successful (1095A, W2, etc.) 9. Assist in the processing of employee data changes (terminations, new hires, transfers, etc.) 10. Participate in projects and initiatives to improve processes and drive efficiency 11. Achieve performance measures and adhere to established SLA requirements 12. Perform other responsibilities as assigned, which may become essential to the position Requirements * Associate Degree preferred; or equivalent work experience * Minimum one year at the HR or related field job experience * Knowledge of HR Systems (SAP, ServiceNow, etc.) * Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.) * Strong verbal/written communication skills, organization skills, detail-oriented, yet able to analyze and recommend alternatives * Ability to prioritize and address competing demands; multi-tasking capacity critical * High degree of respect for the confidentiality and sensitivity of HR and payroll data * Must be able to demonstrate ability to learn and understand various computer systems * Must possess the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment * Must have the legal right to work in the United States Knoxville, Tennessee, KX, TN
