    TDM Customer Service Coordinator Job ID 558270BR Location Burbank, California, United States Business The Walt Disney Company (Corporate) Brand The Walt Disney Company (Corporate) Date posted May. 31, 2018 Job Summary: The Transportation Demand Management (TDM) team is part of the Enterprise Social Responsibility division, which includes a wide range of roles including corporate philanthropy, volunteerism, healthy living, and the environment, which is known as Environmentality at Disney. TDM is responsible for implementing incentives and strategies to encourage alternative commutes - anything other than a solo drive. The TDM Team interfaces daily with business units across the company regarding ridesharing, traffic and parking mitigation, and related air quality initiatives, in order to satisfy regulations and ensure compliance. This includes all Commuter Assistance Program operations and customer service, as well as the execution of events, promotions, fairs and annual events related to Environmentality. Responsibilities: The TDM Customer Service Coordinator handles all manner of employee customer service needs for the Burbank and Glendale offices of Commuter Assistance. This includes trip planning, new enrollments, reward redemptions, permit tracking, reporting, auditing, answering busy phones, monitoring and responding to email, and other administrative functions. This is a FULL-TIME position based in Burbank, but must be able to occasionally support worksites in Glendale, Anaheim, and others as needed. Provides support for South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 2202 compliance and TDM implementation of our Employee Commute Reduction Plan throughout Southern California. The coordinator will also support all promotional fairs, events, and other marketing functions. Customer Service * Burbank service desk (coverage occasionally in Glendale, and rarely in Anaheim) * Administrative responsibility for LA County rideshare programs * Prompt, courteous service consistent with Disney standards * Communications: read and respond to department mail, email, and voicemail in a timely and accurate manner * Fix problems and resolve conflicts for customer service issues * Assist employees with public transit route planning * Prepare and mail welcome information, follow-up letters, new hire packets * Maintain brochures and transportation information * Administer carpool parking permit program * Review and audit permit-holders and rideshare participants for compliance * Maintain log sheets and database

    • Data entry for enrollments, emergency rides, redemption requests, etc.
    • Administer Emergency Ride Home requests * Coordinate office maintenance as needed (phones, printer, etc.) * Organize and report out on data to assist with trend analysis Marketing and Other Support * Assist with table events, fairs, and other promotions as needed * Assist with administration and data entry for annual AQMD Commuter Survey * Assist with crisis management efforts when major transportation disruptions occur Basic Qualifications: * Minimum one year of experience in prior customer service positions * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) * Strong filing and organizational skill * Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to assure successful interaction with senior executives, internal partners and external contacts * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information * Ability to exercise good judgment and use discretion * A self-starter: ability to take initiative and proactively problem solve * Ability to work with limited supervision * Demonstrates flexibility and professionalism in an environment where change is common * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Arrange data into reports and graphs
