Date posted 04/24/2018 Job Summary: The Inventory Control Clerk performs
a variety of duties in the Food and Beverage area, determined by the
needs of the operation. They must possess strong communication skills;
be detail oriented, reliable, and self-motivated. This Cast Member must
count, order, and receive product based on projected guest counts/pars.
The current open position is on 3rd shift. Responsibilities: * Count and
order products on a daily basis * Maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Order General Supplies * Conduct and follow month-end inventory
procedures * Ensure and confirm the accuracy of deliveries/verify
packing slips * Inspect and ensure compliance with quality standards *
Verify and record temperatures of perishable items and maintain a HACCP
log * Reconcile and pay invoices * Research any open invoices in DBS *
Track and research credits * Ensure all products arrive when due *
Conduct all transfer types * Audit all ARIEL, DBS, DCS transactions *
Research OE and Capital Expense items * Research and recommend cost
savings * Relief of other receiving areas * Perform special projects and
other duties as needed Basic Qualifications: * Strong knowledge of SAP,
ARIEL, or NALA applications * Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage
Supply Chain Operations Adaptable, flexible, well organized, detailed
oriented * Excellent interpersonal, influence and verbal/written
communication skills * Demonstrated self-motivation and follow through
skills * Ability to work well independently and in a team environment *
Must be a team player with positive attitude * Ability to work well in a
fast paced environment * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
and confidential information * Ability to work well with Cast at all
levels in the organization * Demonstrated strong organizational,
planning and time management skills * High level usage of the Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) * Ability to be
flexible with work schedule, including nights and week-ends * Ability to
quickly learn new software packages as needed Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Inventory Management or Food and Beverage
Required Education * High School diploma or equivalent Preferred
Education * Bachelor's or higher in Supply Chain, Hospitality Management
