Responsibilities: Make an impact byâ?¦ * Becoming a fully integrated member of the marketing team for Disneyâ??s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons, using insightful, consumer-centric marketing strategies to drive weddings, vow renewals, engagements and honeymoons to Disney destinations around the globe. * Assist with management of marketing programs at every stage of the consumer pathway from awareness to consideration to conversion. Partner with discipline teams to create and execute communication plans to drive desired behaviors. * Create and manage content for multiple media platforms including email, website and social media. * Utilize business analytics, consumer and industry trends, competitive data and research for reporting, and for creating both short-term and long-term plans to stimulate demand and growth. Basic Qualifications: Showcase your skills inâ?¦. * Marketing and communication * Social media planning, execution and analytics * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) * Creative writing skills for digital media Preferred Qualifications: * Ability to construct and present a compelling, strategic story from data analysis and consumer insight / research findings * Knowledge of the Walt Disney World® Resort * Previous Disney experience * Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat * Previous internships and related extracurricular activities, including membership in related professional organizations. Required Education * Senior or graduate-level student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business or related area OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months.
