Position Summary DocuSign is looking to hire a University Recruiter to drive intern and new grad talent acquisition across all disciplines, including sales, product & engineering, G&A and customer support. Our university recruiting program, DocuSign UP, enables our company to hire and develop future leaders. Through hiring candidates of all backgrounds, you will enable our company to thrive as new generations shape the workplace. Responsibilities - Run point on all intern and new college grad hiring in our San Francisco, Seattle and Warrenville offices - Create scalable processes to grow existing intern ask and identify new stakeholders - Evangelize university hiring across all lines of the business to encourage healthy conversion rates and training & development - Drive innovative campus hiring strategies to access junior talent - Collaborate with internal business groups to ensure a smooth intern experience finance, HR, payroll, IT, and compensation & benefits - Utilize our ATS to manage and report out on metrics - Partner with Recruiting Ops to manage hiring workflows - Partner with Recruiting Programs to execute intern events - Maintain manager relationships - Attend San Francisco based Career Fairs Basic Qualifications - 1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a proven track record of being a part of a progressive UR recruiting function in the technology sector - Bachelors degree in a related field - Solid understanding of and experience with developing and executing an UR strategy. Preferred Qualifications - High energy, sense of urgency, passionate, tenacious, and uncompromising in the push for success. - Accustomed to working in a rapidly-changing environment, prefers constant change - Customer focused.
