Position Summary The Order Management Specialist owns the process for validating and booking all accepted quotes in accordance with our Company Bookings Policy and all DocuSign compliance policies. In addition to the standard Sales Support responsibilities, the Order Management Specialist will also be responsible for handling all provisioning for closed Sales Orders, monitoring reports, internal customer issue resolution and training for new employees. The role requires collaboration with several teams across the company, including Billing, IT, Sales Commissions, and Revenue Accounting. This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to the Director of Revenue Operations. Responsibilities - Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to DocuSign sales order acceptance policies. - Process contracts and orders and ensure clean bookings in compliance with company policy. - Manage provisioning/delivery issues including timely delivery of product. - Responsible for daily/monthly audits of all Compliance reports. - Coordinate with Rev Ops Deal Desk to enforce best practices around deal structure, order form guidelines, and all other pre-sale processes for a smooth booking process. - Possess strong level of expertise in Salesforce.com Application - Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base. - Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures. - Establish strong relationships with Sales, Billing/Collections, Sales Compensation, Revenue Accounting, and other internal resources as appropriate. Basic Qualifications - Bachelors degree or equivalent in relevant experience - At least 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS company Preferred Qualifications - Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly - Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative - Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders at quarter and month-end close - Ability to understand broader business and financial issues - Extreme attention to detail - Thrive in a team environment - Demonstrate initiative - Ability to work independently - Prior order management and Salesforce.com application experience a plus - Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Zuora, and Microsoft Office applications preferred Finance @ DocuSign As a part of our Finance team, you are critical to deciding how and where we invest our funds to grow our company and support key initiatives.
