EFI is looking for an Order Management Representative Intern to join our Order to Cash Business Unit in our Eagan , MN office. The Order Management Representative Intern will support the EPS business unit in a variety of ways and will report to the Order Management Supervisor/Manager. The role is very detailed oriented and requires interaction with our internal Sales Enablement team, Sales Development Managers and EFI customers. In this position, the Intern will be assigned a variety of projects including billing professional services, review of order data and a variety of agreements. Additional duties include communicating to order fulfillment teams and invoicing orders upon fulfillment. These duties will be carried out with supervision of senior team members. Responsibilities Interacts directly with a wide range of company departments to handle a variety of post-sale support functions Entry of basic EPS orders and contracts into SAP with supervision from a Senior Order Management team member Updates maintenance contracts in SAP with supervision from a Senior Order Management team member Supports the effort to resolve billing inquiries Supports the communication to fulfillment teams regarding software license sales Responds to client contacts via email, phone, and website inquiries with support from a Senior Order Management team member Additional project activities and other duties as assigned Requirements: Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment Problem solving and analytical skills Time management skills and efficiency are critical Individual needs to be able to work in a dynamic environment, be flexible and able to deal with conflict situations Knowledge of Excel preferred The individual needs to be competent with numbers Intern Developmental Goals: Gain a working knowledge of SAP Gain a working knowledge of Salesforce Gain experience with customer interaction Further develop problem solving skills Further develop communication skills Development of business acumen Gain an understanding of business structure: Business units, departments, and commensurate responsibilities Overall business workflow Sales, delivery and service of products We move quickly, with the purposeful intention of solving a problem, accomplishing a goal, and ultimately making a difference for our customers, partners, colleagues and shareholders, EFI SPRINTers take action and adapt to changes in order to transform our customers businesses to be more productive and profitable through innovation in a digital print business.
