This role is responsible for fostering an environment here at the Ellation office that is healthy, safe, and enjoyable for both employees and guests. This person must be tech-savvy, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and is not afraid to get their hands dirty to get the job done. ( http://www.ellation.com/ ) Responsibilities: * Coordinate facilities and vendor relationships * Coordinate with our PeopleOps and Recruiting teams for company social events, off-sites and all-hand meetings * Work with vendors to keep our kitchen stocked with snacks and on-site meals delivered on time * Assist the Director of Operations with physical space projects, and space planning * Serve as a point of contact for the physical space and service related needs for the office * Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the office. This includes tidying up common areas, rearranging furniture, picture hanging, among various other duties. Experience and Skills: * Bachelors degree required
