This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 3, 2019 and conclude on August 9, 2019. Interns will receive the opportunity to build professional relationships and enhance their interpersonal skills. As an intern, you should expect to own the following roles and responsibilities: Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated functional area, analyze business processes, and work towards goals and objectives assigned byan experienced manager. Interns will also interact with and support business partners and participate in projects that directly impact business value. General Duties & Responsibilities: - Support in the execution of strategic projects and high-priority initiatives for the Integrated Financial Solutions segment - Manage multiple assignments and execute within short timelines to deliver results through active project management - Make real-time plan adjustments as changes develop and provide regular status reporting to the team and management - Assist in developing ongoing reporting that will support business processes for enterprise strategic initiatives Qualifications: - Applicant must be currently enrolled in collegiate coursework at an accredited university pursing a Bachelors degree in a related field of study - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrates strong computer skills, with advanced working knowledge of MS Excel preferred - Possesses outstanding interpersonal communications (both written and verbal), and human relations skills - Ability to effectively provide information to a variety of audiences - Self-motivated and possesses mature time management skills - Highly organized with the ability to manage a heavy workload in a dynamic environment - Strong work ethic, dependability, dedication, self-motivation, and enthusiasm With a 50-year history rooted in the financial services industry, FIS is the world's largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions.
