About the team The PC Products team assists banks with Windows Server and PC related issues as they pertain to FIS Applications. We provide a timely resolution to these issues and constantly strive to offer the best customer service in the process. The PC Products team are a well organized team first group that excels at assisting our team as well as our clients. We work together to make the whole team better. What you will be doing As a FIS intern, you will receive the opportunity to build professional relationships and enhance your interpersonal skills. You will own the following roles and responsibilities, contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated functional area, analyze business processes, and work towards goals and objectives assigned by an experienced manager. You will also interact with and support business partners and participate in projects that directly impact business value. The PC Support Specialist is responsible for making our customers love the support they receive from FIS. Through frequent/continual interaction with our banks, this position plays a critical role in how our clients view Client Care and FIS overall.
