This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 3, 2019 and conclude on August 9, 2019. Interns will receive the opportunity to build professional relationships and enhance their interpersonal skills. As an intern, you should expect to own the following roles and responsibilities: Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated functional area, analyze business processes, and work towards goals and objectives assigned byan experienced manager. Interns will also interact with and support business partners and participate in projects that directly impact business value. General Duties & Responsibilities: - Contribute individually and as a team member to support the Outsourced Business Solutions team. - Interact with, and support, managers and business partners. - Participate in projects that directly impact business value. - Work towards goals and objectives assigned by an experienced management team. - Attain real world knowledge of working with clients and managing accounts. - Participate in all day-to-day activities of a high functioning and dynamic team. - Conduct research and analyze business processes. - Assist in brainstorming, troubleshooting, idea planning, and strategizing. - Participate in client and team meetings. - Shadow leaders, managers, and executives. - Have weekly de-brief sessions. - Participation in regular staff meetings. - Provide input, insight, and tailor, where possible, your internship by recommending other opportunities and experiences. Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study. - Display good written and oral communication skills. - Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of MS Office. - Ability to work at FIS Saint Petersburg, FL location. - GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher.
