    Business Process Analyst- Intern - Job ID #: JR63129 - Functional Area: General Business - Position Type: Full-Time Temporary - Experience Desired: Intern - Education Desired: B.Sc - Primary Location: US-Florida-Saint Petersburg 11601 Roosevelt Blvd-F262 - Secondary Location(s): - Travel Percentage: 0.00 - Relocation Provided: No - Position Responsibilities/Requirements General Duties & Responsibilities: - Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives. - Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. - Work with cross-functional teams to provide consistency - Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts. - Collects data to identify root cause of problems. - Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. - Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. - Communicates team progress. - Update resource tools including Sharepoint site, Quickbase - Other related duties assigned as needed. Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study. - Displays good written and oral communication skills. - Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of MS Office. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work in one of FIS strategic locations for the duration of the internship. - GPA requirementof 3.0 or higher. - Additional skills, knowledge, and experience may be required based on the type of functions the incumbent will perform.
