As a 2019 Summer Intern with FIS, you will benefit from on the job training and mentoring along with participation in team projects, community service events, social outings, and professional development seminars. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 3, 2019 and conclude on August 9, 2019. Interns will receive the opportunity to build professional relationships and enhance their interpersonal skills. An intern should expect to own the following roles and responsibilities: Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated functional area, analyze business processes, and work towards goals and objectives assigned by an experienced manager. Interns will also interact with and support business partners and participate in projects that directly impact business value. Access Management-IT Security General Duties and Responsibilities: - Our team manages a corporate process that is part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) security realm. Specifically, we coordinate the periodic access recertification program. We are looking for someone who is very detail oriented who can assist with multiple projects that support our growing program - Assisting the team with their daily responsibilities as needed - Utilize an internally developed access management tool used for the facilitation of periodic access reviews Qualifications: - Applicant must be currently enrolled in collegiate coursework at an accredited university. - Displays good written and oral communication skills - Demonstrates strong computer skills including a good working knowledge of MS Office; better than average MS Excel skills would be a plus - Additional skills, knowledge, and experience may be required based on the type of functions the incumbent will perform - Looking for technically-minded students with excellent communication skills. Must be confident and well-spoken, capable of communicating with all levels within the company. - Business, technology or communication majors are welcome. Entry level role. Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency. Generally performs single-function tasks that tend to be of small to moderate size and scope. Works under close supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience. Typically does not require prior related experience.
