As an Intern with FIS Outsourced Business Solutions Division, you will
benefit from on the job training and mentoring along with participation
in team projects, social events, charity work, and professional
development seminars. Interns will receive the opportunity to build
professional relationships and enhance their interpersonal skills. You
can expect to participate and experience the following: - Contribute
individually and as a team member to support the Outsourced Business
Solutions team. - Interact with, and support, manages and business
partners. - Participate in projects that directly impact business value.
- Work towards goals and objectives assigned by an experienced
management team. - Attain real world knowledge of working with clients
and managing accounts. - Participate in all the day-to-day activities of
a high functioning and dynamic team. - Conduct research and analyze
business processes. - Assist in brainstorming, troubleshooting, idea
planning, and strategizing. - Participate in client and team meetings. -
Shadow leaders, managers, and executives. - Have weekly de-brief
sessions. - Participation in regular staff meetings. - Provide input,
insight, and tailor, where possible, your internship by recommending
