Internship to Hired Program Fashion Buyers Network - Newark, NJ Internship, Commission This is an Internship to Hired Program. It is designed to be a two to three-year training program as an Intern. At the end of the program a successful participant should be employed at Fashion Buyers Network as a Business Development Manager or obtain work with our members who are mainly embroidery and textile manufacturers. We also have distributors, wholesalers and retailers who are hiring in the supply chain. Our program begins with simple advertising sales and training in SEO, Digital and Social Advertising. Upon completion of this basic step, we then send you for certification in CRM for Sales and certifications in Digital and Social Media. Many Marketing majors simply stop there. For business majors our internship continues with Microsoft Certifications in ERP, Dynamics, SQL, Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing etc. Once these certifications are obtained, additional business licenses such as Insurance and Stock Brokerage can be obtain from some of our partners. These additional licenses provide additional paths for employment within our organization and with our members. This internship program is not designed for students who are looking for a 10 week gig for the summer. Successful Interns also qualify to be promoted from commission-only to a salaried position.
