You will partner and collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and implement creative and proactive sourcing strategies for critical job openings. We need a social savvy sourcer to support our hiring goals and share our culture, core values and job opportunities to others. You will use your sourcing, recruitment marketing and social media skills to establish relationships with passive talent and spark their interest in working at Fiserv. Our recruiters and Sourcers use state of the art tools (CRM, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning) to help identify top talent for our current and future openings. As a Sourcer you will Be the driver of external hiring activity, subject expert for sourcing strategies within your target skillsets. Enjoy hunting for that purple squirrel while delivering incredible service to candidates and customers. Engage in creative social sourcing activities to generate robust and diverse candidate slates and pipelines. You will also need a deep understanding of traditional candidate sourcing methods including Boolean search, name-generation, cold-calling, and database mining. Review resumes and profiles for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and phone screen key prospects; advise the business on high potential talent. Communicate with job seekers about the role, team and company in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and passion. Develop market and competitive intelligence from sourcing efforts, and document in a manner that makes it easy to share with key partners. Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. We see the most successful recruiters/sourcers in this role come from a wide variety of backgrounds including pure researchers from search and selection, industry recruiters and classic talent sourcing / resourcing backgrounds. Basic qualifications for consideration 3+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting or sourcing experience Applicant tracking systems and/or CRM tool experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships Bachelors Degree Preferred skills and experiences Strong acumen in recruitment marketing and social media platforms Ability to achieve targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both Progressive experience sourcing talent utilizing Boolean, cold calling, data mining, social networking and internet research tools to conduct name generation, identify target companies, etc. Demonstrable record of using creative sourcing approaches, including applying new or unique strategies.
