Position: Platform Engineer - Remote - 100% Travel Location: Continental U.S. Job Id: oooo # of Openings: 2 Five9 PS Consultant, On-Site Dedicated Advisory Services: Job Description V3.0 Palin Position Summary: Five9 is looking for contact center consulting professionals who can travel domestically and internationally to support our customers, to successfully consult & deliver Five9s products and solutions and services. This Consultant role helps our clients utilize our existing and emerging Call Center technologies and enable them to use it to their advantage. This role requires extensive travel and could be a dedicated on-site presence for all assigned customers. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic: Help Five9s clients develop strategies to drive transformational change. Provide Professional Services strategy from discovery through execution and closing phase. 2. Help define Contact Center business strategy for our clients and working with Professional Services and the Five9 team bring those strategies to life, realize return on investment to achieve new levels of business performance. 3. Process Improvement: Working with Five9s partner and products, help Five9s customers improve their business processes and drive improved business outcomes. 4. Design and Implementation: Participate in up-front design, system configuration, testing, and implementation of Five9 technology-enabled business solutions. Drive design sessions and assist in the implementation of the Five9 solution. 5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders on the most challenging projects that enable business impact for our customers. 6. Function as an integrator between our customers business needs and Five9s technology solutions for all assigned clients. 7. Assist in modifying existing VCC configurations to correct errors. Optimize and otherwise improve VCC performance. 8. Consult with Five9 customers and the Five9 Sales/PS engagement team members to assess customer needs. Develop specifications, designs and performance requirements. Work as needed to resolve customer issues. 9. Analyze customers environment as it relates to call center, determine, advise and plan the installation of the Five9 solution. 10. Analyze and assist in designing and configuring/modifying Five9 VCC systems. Position Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related field. 2. Three years of experience providing Consulting services focused on contact center solutions (cloud preferred). 3. A minimum of three years experience in a Technical Project Management role. Planning, scheduling, managing and leading large-scale call center projects. PMP credential preferred. 4. Must have prior experience performing current state system, functional and technical gap analysis, developing system requirements and preparing technical and functional design documentation for all Five9 PS Delivery phases 5. 75% - 100% travel required 6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 7. Must possess outstanding relationship building and emotional intelligence. 8. Ideal candidate will be located in central/Mid-West USA
