THIS FULL-TIME, NON-EXEMPT POSITION IS LOCATED IN FRESNO, CA., AND INCLUDES BOTH IN-OFFICE AND REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITY. POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, Epic Registration/Scheduling Trainer I is responsible for developing and delivering effective end-user training for Epic applications while maintaining high post-class survey scores.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Undergraduate Degree preferred, 2+ years’ experience working in healthcare environments, instructor led software training or adult education; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
WORK ENVIRONMENT: well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
