Primary Job Function: To provide repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.
Local and established Pacific Northwest Facilities Maintenance Company is looking for several experienced, dependable & hard working HVAC Commercial Service Techs. These positions are long term and fulltime employment opportunities for well qualified applicants. Requirements include a Great Attitude!, a current Universal CFC Certification, at least 5 years in the trade AND the ability and desire to learn and grow in this industry. Potential duties involve the repair, maintenance & replacement of various commercial HVAC equipment; completing various training classes; recording logs of various aspects of the systems' operation. ALL applicants are required to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test for security clearance. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history along with appropriate industry licenses & certifications. Requirements - Candidates must:
· Be able to lift at least 25-50lbs frequently and up to 75-100lbs occasionally
· Be willing to attend training classes
· Possess appropriate Industry Certifications & Licenses
· Possess at least 5 years in the trade
· Possess excellent communication skills
· Possess a clean driving record
· Possess current computer skills
· Location: Portland, Oregon Metropolitan area
· Compensation: $38-45.00/hr. DOE
