Summer 2019 Design Internship - Running press Art Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Running Press is seeking a current college student with a major in Graphic Design for their summer design internship. Intern responsibilities: -Assist designers with all aspects of book design, including book covers and interior layouts -Utilize time management skills to independently manage projects to meet multiple deadlines -Participate in the creation of marketing materials -Interact with other departments including Editorial, Marketing, and Publicity -Organize and archive files and other administrative tasks as needed Requirements: -Current college student with a major in Graphic Design -Proficiency in Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator -Strong typographic skills -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Interest in illustration and photography -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Professionalism and good interpersonal skills -Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Please note that you are responsible for your own housing during the duration of the internship.
