A Day in the Life The Specialist will assist in driving operational aspects of the Creative Operations team. This position will work closely with the Manager and Director on priority project requests from multiple requesting teams to the creative execution teams. Focus on follow through, attention to timelines and details, as well as building relations with key business partners in the Creative, Marketing, TV, Digital and Social departments in achieving HSN brand business goals. - Schedule and facilitate briefings to creative teams in partnership with Manager - Create and maintain milestone calendars and meetings to ensure open communication throughout project timeline, including managing shifting priorities - Maintain excellent working relationships w/ Content, Print, Digital, Social, Brand and PR, Lifecycle Marketing, TV teams - Utilize communication assertiveness, attention to detail and follow-through in order to set appropriate expectations - Track project requests, deliverables and approvals as assigned - Establish best practices, eliminate redundancies and streamline communication through multiple platforms - Foresee the department needs and project pitfalls and ideate solutions with clear and open communication across departments - Ensure / flag all deliverables and deadlines are met - Meeting recaps - Support overall efforts of Teams as needed - Assigns work through internal systems as needed - Ensure briefs are complete with clear objectives - Assist with job creation in UMO for sub-campaign levels - UMO Management Team Keys to Success At HSN, if you are Agile, Innovative, Pioneering, Dynamic, Boundaryless, Passionate, Customer-Centric, Collaborative, and Results-Focused, you will love it here!
