We have an exciting opportunity on a team that is defining how we use analytics to develop insights that transform customer experiences, accelerate business growth and optimize ROI. We are looking for a creative data-driven leader with excellent analytical skills and web/app analytics experience to support Mint.

What you'll bring

• 5-8 years of experience in web or product analytics decision support
• Highly proficient with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Qliksense)
• Experience working with granular web and/or mobile clickstream data or other behavior tracking tools
• Understanding of complex web ecosystems, best practices and ability to put this knowledge into action
• Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
• Excellent problem solving skills and end to end quantitative thinking
• Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills
•  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, finance, or computer science, or equivalent experience

How you will lead

• Build recommendations by synthesizing multiple types of data, developing assumptions in lieu of data and using external sources to help drive business learnings and strategy development
• Partner directly with teams to effectively communicate requirements, prioritization and commitment to a co-owned and evolving product strategy
• Answer ad-hoc analytic questions, contribute to decision-making through opportunity sizing and learning plan development, and train users to self-serve standard reports
• Define, implement and standardize metrics, reports and dashboards leveraging Tableau or other data visualization tools, ensuring reporting solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet the expectations of internal customers
• Ensure data collection and data processing is optimized to provide crystal-clear visibility into the impact and value of new features, initiatives and product releases
• Pursue data quality, troubleshoot data validation, and see issues to resolution
• Champion data-driven decision-making in your team and throughout the company
