We are currently recruiting an entry-level SALES TRAINEE. This person should be a highly competitive, sports-minded recent college graduate looking to enter the sales field or build general business experience. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys the idea of generating new business through networking, prospecting and relationship-building. This position is designed to develop sales talent and requires no previous sales experience. Recent graduates (including May 2020) encouraged to apply! 

JOB TYPE: Full-time

SALARY: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SALES TRAINEE

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery
• Call on new clients and set up demo meetings and sales presentations
• Participate in face-to-face meetings to present proposals, offer solutions, and close business
• Collaborate internally with your team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans
• Work with your manager to ensure alignment with company strategies in forecasting, business plans, and pipeline development
• Review sales activities and prospective customers with management

REQUIREMENTS FOR SALES TRAINEE

• Bachelor's degree (all majors welcome!)
• Student athletes highly encouraged to apply
• Background in serving, bar tending, or retail customer service not required, but helpful
• Outgoing personality who likes to meet new people and establish lasting relationships
