We are currently recruiting an outgoing candidate for an entry-level MARKET DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE. This position will work in a fast-paced atmosphere as part of a world-class sales team. JOB TYPE: Full-time

SALARY: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MARKET DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

• Generate referrals, cold call and use existing network to expand business
• Attend trade shows and networking events to gain exposure to prospective clients
• Perform monthly sales call with corporate marketing
• Collaborate with marketing to produce targeted mailings
• Set appointments with existing and potential customers, distribute marketing collateral
• Visit at least two dozen customers each week, perform follow-up maintenance and calls
• Generate problem solving solutions for clients, provide quotes for solutions
• Oversee large sales area with current accounts, monitor performance, develop segmentation plan
• Execute strategic marketing and territory plans
• Perform market research to determine potential clients

REQUIREMENTS FOR MARKET DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

• Bachelor's degree (all majors welcome!)
• Student athletes highly encouraged to apply
• Background in serving, bar-tending, or retail customer service not required, but helpful
• Driven by goals and personal and professional growth
• Outgoing personality who likes to meet new people and establish lasting relationships
