JOB DESCRIPTION Candidate will provide administrative support to the KTVU Fox 2 and KTVU Plus Sales management staff and Account Executives.nbsp;nbsp; Duties include writing and checking orders, proposals, maintaining organizational systems, general office requirements, and assisting with special projects. nbsp;Investigate order discrepancies and credit memos.nbsp; Back up other sales assistants as necessary.nbsp;nbsp; Participate in and help with sales coordinated events.nbsp; Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner.nbsp; Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate and necessary.
