With the direction of the assigned supervisor, is responsible for assisting visitors to the clinic with a wide range of services to enhance the image of the clinic and increase visitor satisfaction.  Greets all visitors to the clinic, and assists with a wide variety of services to meet the needs of guests and visitors.

Required Skills

• Typing 35+ words per minute preferred.
• Alpha and numeric filing ability.
• Knowledge of use of office equipment.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese preferred.
• Computer skills.

Required Experience

• Minimum of six months in a similar position preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

LICENSE & CERTIFICATION

• LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment.
