Business Operations Associate Business Development San Luis Obispo, California Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive * Maintains performance tracking and reporting capabilities to monitor and evolve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Partner Program -- determine what needs to be escalated and what can be resolved * Regularly reviewing and analyzing data using applicable information systems, databases and established tools related to running the Partner Program. Highlighting data findings recommending actions to improve specific operational approach * Maintains upkeep, consistency and continuity of systems used within the Partner Program (i.e. Marketplace, Impartner, Salesforce, Developer Community, Admin Tools) * Drive special projects to completion. Helps with lead routing, inbox management and PO/Invoice management * Prepare and run monthly ops meetings. Prepares documents including communications, presentations and spreadsheets. * Works closely with internal team members to ensure needs are being met * Create and maintain documentation and implementation of processes related to billing, escalations, approvals, audits and other key financial functions related to operating the program * Maintain strong cross-departmental relationship through consistent, timely and meaningful contact on special projects related to the operations of Partner Programs * Participates in planning process as appropriate, especially with yearly Partner Track at BOLD * Other projects and responsibilities as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field preferred * 0-2 years in an administrative or operational support role * Proven experience with formally documenting workflow and processes for optimization * Successful at organization, and time management * Extremely detail-oriented and hard-working; is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Has high customer focus, diligence, learns on the fly, and drives to meet/exceed goals * Continually looks to improve his/her knowledge of the product and service * Proficient experience with Google Applications, Salesforce and MS Office, including Excel * Thrives in fast based, results oriented culture; proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on data analysis * Proactive about new initiatives; not afraid to ask questions and challenge status quo
