As a Spectrum Intern, youll be essential to two teams your respective department and your Intern peer group. Partner with other accomplished and dedicated interns on research and cross-functional projects. Youll have an opportunity contribute real value and meaning to the larger organization. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. Youll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 29 and 30, webinars, community service, and final presentations. What you can expect in this role Overall process within the Enterprise Web Services group. We use Jira as a means of tracking work throughout our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Intern will help improve our process using Jira whether through reviewing of tickets, running reports, creating dashboards, or ensuring the quality of work being done in Jira is being done per our SDLC process. Resource will also work with our Intake process to understand projects coming into our department and ensuring they are being tracked successfully until Delivery starts. Role may also include the creation of further process and departmental documentation needed to ensure everyone is following the same guidelines.
