As a Spectrum Intern, youll be essential to two teams your respective department and your Intern peer group. Partner with other accomplished and dedicated interns on research and cross-functional projects. Youll have an opportunity to contribute real value and meaning to the larger organization. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. Youll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 29 and 30, webinars, community service, and final presentations. As part of a peer community, youll contribute to cross-functional group projects, and should be ready to take on new projects as they come up. What you can expect in this role Overview: Intern to assist in the fundamental functions of the Marketing Communications team and have aspiration to have a future within the Spectrum Marketing group. By the end of the internship, the selected person will have a general knowledge of Marketing Communications and will be able to execute one or more communications tactics, as well as manage one or more key programs. The intern will be expected to present their accomplishments via periodic updates during the program, as well as, a final presentation at the end of their internship program.
