    Job Description

    We are searching for a Product Manager to lead new feature conceptualization and business case development, along with development, launch, and post-launch enhancements of the roadmap of our 2 core products, NP-View and NP-Live. In order to develop a cohesive roadmap, our product manager will interface with our customers and the market to stay on top of their ever-evolving needs.

    We expect our Product Manager to own the creation of any design requirements, the development of our roadmap, and to drive sales and growth through product performance and new features. As a small, close knit team, we look for curious, passionate technologists that enjoy the challenge of wearing many hats. 

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with minimal direction to help the team build new and improve existing products, and manage the entire product development life cycle
    • Get to the root of business / technical requirements and translate them into a prioritized roadmap and backlog directly aligned with the greater product vision and strategy
    • Lead story writing, story prioritization, and backlog management for our key products and features
    • Define, organize, and communicate the product roadmap and work closely within an agile team to prioritize and deliver on key deliverables
    • Collaborate with our Engineering, QA, and our leadership team to ensure delivery of the high-quality end product
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive positioning and assist in continuing to develop and refine our overall product strategy
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business or technical field
    • 4+ years of software product management experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the cybersecurity or networking fields
    • Demonstrable experience as the owner / lead PM on an enterprise software product
    • Proven experience interfacing with customers, prospects, and users to incorporate data and feedback into product roadmaps
    • A strong knowledge of technology at an architecture level
    • An understanding of Agile/Scrum development and a collaborative, proactive attitude
    • A willingness to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a small, close knit team with the ability to help implement structure and processes to scale
