Overview The Oxford Club is one of Americas oldest independent publishers of investment research. Today, were looking for a superstar Video Archiving Intern to work on a special summer project. ( This is a paid internship ). If you have an eye for detail, an entrepreneurial attitude, and a no task is too big or too small mindset, you may be the right fit. Were looking for a student (or recent grad) with video experience. This individual will help us digitize large volumes of video footage and catalogue important clips. Our goal is to create an organized, searchable file of audio and video clips by the end of the summer. You'll work in a restored brownstone mansion with a group of fun-loving editorial, media, and marketing professionals. Well provide valuable exposure to every aspect of our rapidly expanding direct-response marketing business, in exchange for you hard work and dedication to this project. Our ideal candidate has an interest in media production and/or marketing. He or she is intellectually curious, deadline driven, and comfortable taking initiative. Were looking for a commitment of 20 hours per week or more. (Schedule is flexible). Responsibilities Assemble and organize media collection from past investment conferences and events. Convert legacy DVD content into digital files. Implement procedures for preserving, documenting, and cataloguing audio and video files. Collaborate with Editorial staff to identify and locate footage containing specific claims, assertions, and predictions. Cut, edit, and save clips. Assist Research Team in creating a comprehensive archive of historical clips. Qualifications Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Adobe Premiere Pro. Prior video production experience (technical or administrative). Exceptional eye for detail. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Proactive and upbeat attitude.
